Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your product, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it and request a refund.

How to Return

Request Authorization

A return authorization must be requested and approved within 60 days of your purchase date.

Ship the Item Back

Send the item back and email us the tracking number so we can track your return. Return shipping costs must be covered by you. You must return the product within 14 days of receiving the return address.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be in good condition (not damaged or broken). All products — whether opened or unopened — must be returned with all originally included accessories.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Non-Returnable Items

Note Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
